OBLIQ Dynamics is an AI-powered talent transformation and learning company, headquartered in India and serving global enterprises. The company is now building Pipal Create — an AI-native learning content production platform — as its flagship proprietary product, marking OBLIQ's transition from a services-led business into a product-and-platform company. OBLIQ is led by founders with two decades of experience across the learning, talent, and technology industries, having delivered solutions for global clients including Averda, BTS Group, Nestlé, Novartis, OQ, and SHL. This deep operating experience inside the L&D industry is what surfaced the problem Pipal Create is built to solve. The corporate training industry — consultancies, professional training providers, and learning agencies — produces client-grade learning content as its core service. Today, this depends on a fragmented stack of legacy authoring tools (Articulate 360 at USD 1,749 per user per year), separate hosting, and disconnected commerce and analytics. Course production is slow, expensive, and labour-intensive. Pipal Create replaces this stack with a single AI-native platform. It generates SCORM and xAPI-ready, multi-format interactive courses — slide-based, responsive web, and video — directly from source material, compressing production timelines by an order of magnitude while preserving enterprise-grade instructional quality. OBLIQ's longer vision, the Pipal Arc, sequences three further products — Pipal Learn, Pipal Skills, and Pipal TLM — together forming an end-to-end operating system for training businesses globally. Pipal Create is under active development, with significant potential for innovation-led growth, employment generation, and export revenue.
