Our start- up is in water treatment and drinking water supply. We want to achieve zero discharge by recycling the wastewater into innovative new products such as Packaged Drinking water, hydrogen, biogas fertilizers, and mineral separation using sustainability practices; transforming waste streams into wealth accompanied by the use of green energy; and reducing plastic wastage by introducing the use of recyclable material and after-use collection and recycling of packaging material by introducing a reward mechanism to the users to promote recycling at our designated collection centers. The Wastewater Resource Recovery: An integrated system to treat the effluent from the water plant and sanitary sources, recovering valuable resources such as biogas and essential minerals. The wastewater recycling Biogas Production (Anaerobic Digestion): High-organic-load wastewater (especially from domestic sewage or industrial organic waste if co-treated) will be processed in an Anaerobic Membrane Bioreactor (AnMBR) or Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactor, and the biogas. Biogas will be purified into CBG for vehicle fuel or for conversion to hydrogen through electrolysis using green power. The reject stream from the RO plant contains concentrated salts and minerals. Advanced treatment methods like evaporation, crystallization, and membrane processes can be employed to concentrate the minerals. Further chemical processing can extract specific valuable minerals. Value: Recovered minerals can potentially be reintroduced into the water product (if they meet standards for mineral water) or sold as industrial salts, minimizing waste disposal costs.
