OM NAMAH SHIVAY OUTSOURCING LLP
Pune, Maharashtra
In their own words
Our startup is a technology-driven skill development and workforce platform designed to transform the way businesses hire and manage manpower. We focus on bridging the gap between unskilled/semiskilled job seekers and employers by offering training, certification, and AI-enabled job matching on a single platform. Unlike traditional manpower suppliers, we emphasize employability and efficiency. Candidates are first trained in job-relevant skills, certified, and then matched with employers who require their expertise. This ensures higher productivity, reduced attrition, and better income opportunities. Our platform acts as a digital marketplace, similar to how Indeed or Naukri works for white-collar jobs — but dedicated to blue- and grey-collar workers. By integrating skill development, transparent recruitment, and compliance support (PF, ESIC, GST, etc.), we provide value to both businesses and workers. With the ability to scale nationwide through digital training modules, local partnerships, and employer networks, the startup is positioned to become a scalable, sustainable solution to India’s workforce challenges.
