OMDIPTAJYOTI SKILLS FOUNDATION was incorporated in May 2019 under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and that the Section 8 company is limited by guarantee (Not of Profit).OMDIPTAJYOTI SKILLS FOUNDATION strongly feels that people must have a steady source of income, which contributes to a thriving economy. OMDIPTAJYOTI SKILLS FOUNDATION provides skills training and development to enable beneficiaries to earn a living, with a special focus on women and youth. It addresses the need for multiple projects ranging from competency-based skill-oriented training and placement, capacity building, promoting entrepreneurial activities and up-skilling for sustainable skill development and vocational training initiatives to create employability opportunities in Beauty & Wellness, Apparel, IT-ITES, Telecom, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Automobile, Agriculture, Handicrafts, Domestic Workers, Driving, Electricians etc.The module also provides other capacity building and soft skills required for the youth to sustain their employment and earn a livelihood for themselves and their family. The company strongly believes that different locations have different and diverse labor demands and needs depending on the opportunities like infrastructure and industries available in these locations. The initiatives are tailor-made programs that focus on addressing the specific needs of a community. Project Impact: The project has increased access to professional training for candidates from underprivileged social and economic backgrounds.
