Impact & Innovation – problem and how is it being at present 1) Logistics industry - Fragmented, inefficient and unorganized 2) Logistics eco-system has various stakeholders – Shipper (consignor of goods), Transporter, Broker, Fleet operator / Owner / Driver (including Transport Union), Fuel providers, vehicle repairs / maintenance service provider, Consignee, Insurance agencies, Banks, Regulatory authorities (different state authorities). Movement of goods from Shipper to consignee passes through long and tedious of chain apart from physical movement of goods over long distance. 3) Vehicle placement controlled by few brokers, unions even though they themselves not owning vehicles 4) Currently, there are different platforms, solutions and software’s being managed at private level. However, there is a lack of integration of those platform, software within industry. Also, there is lack of standardization of data resulting in varied comparison. 5) No single database for validation of KYC details Platform as Solution 1) Not merely an aggregator but executor of entire value chain – We differentiate from aggregator to fact that we will execute the entire logistics services from booking to delivery and payment through out support services. Dedicated team across all levels will be there to execute platform on behalf of client / customers. 2) Digital platform eliminating inefficiency – Logistics industry is highly fragmented and unorganized. We bring platform whereby bidding can happen real-time, broker provides quote for vehicles on-line and entire value chain is automated. Tracking of vehicle can be conducted resulting in increased monitoring. Currently, certain portion of transactions still settled in cash. Digital platform eliminates cash component, bring transparency and visibility in system. 3) Increased participation & opportunities with brokers / Owners AND Creation of database - Digital platform will on-board vehicle owners and brokers. Quotes will go to all brokers / owners registered on platform. This provides opportunities to all brokers and owners and not only to selected few or big brokers. Platform enables level playing field and increased opportunities. Having platform will incentivize giving right price to owners and reduce leakage / middlemen. 4) Platform providing indicative rates on routes similar to Stock Exchange – Currently, there is no single platform which provides for indicative rates for vehicles for particular lanes. Digital platform will help give trend of rates in particular lane over period. It can also create demand pricing on real time. Bidding platform : We have created a bidding platform whereby enquiries for vehicle can be placed online. Once enquiry placed, request automatically goes to all brokers (entered in system). Bidding takes place amongst brokers. Bidding engine is dynamic to take care of counter offer, floor price offer, cap price offer, blacklisting broker, tiering of broker based on performance, generation of analytics and reports. Currently, bidding engine is being tested in Surat Goods Transport. It places appx. 750 vehicles per day across India. Bidding engine has been tested in appx. 50 locations of Surat Goods to ascertain robustness of system, system flaws and beta testing. It has reported satisfactory performance
