With a few keystrokes, users will enter location and income data and make choices regarding the type of analysis they require. In seconds a comprehensive and user-friendly report is generated that will enrich people’s understanding of the housing market and allow them to make decisions based on the real-time data. Governments, Housing Developers and Individuals will be able to use Omnihouse to make Affordable, Adequate and Suitable housing a reality for more people. The for-profit and not-for-profit housing development sectors need information about Housing Needs, Affordability and Supply, and the Omnihouse estimator will be the only tool that can provide this. Omnihouse will enable the construction of appropriate housing units at fair prices to fulfil the distinct requirements of communities and ensure genuine affordability. Omnihouse eliminates the necessity for protracted and expensive housing market consultations, thereby shortening development durations and reducing the costs associated with new housing supply. Municipal governments, and by extension state governments and the central government who provide funding for new affordable housing construction, set policy, and housing targets and make policy decisions, will find Omnihouse incredibly valuable. They administer land registration exemption policies, mortgage stress tests, rent control policies, eviction policies and other policies and programs that would better serve their constituents by being better tailored to the local context.
