One12 Innovations Pvt Ltd is a start-up based out of Pondicherry and is the promoter of Agritech business with customer facing brand www.realfoods.in . Realfoods , is the ecommerce brand that One12 is building to address the issue of healthy food availability and building capacity at farmer level . Realfoods intends to achieve through its offerings: - (1) Help build healthy lifestyle among consumers, (2) Traceability of food across its value chain,(3) Bring back old forgotten ingredients and varieties (specially rice and millets) , (4) Farmer welfare , (5) Positive Impact on environment and society . Our operation model is a mix of Ownership and co-ownership. While One12 will own the customer facing assets like eCommerce shop and physical retail 100%, will leverage on existing players for other areas in the value chain like: Processing, Farm Inputs, IoT at farm level to monitor 24/7 , Transportation and other Logistics and co own the assets with the partner solution providers . The project execution is planned to be rolled out in phases after leveraging learnings at each stage .Starting first at front end i.e. retailing ( ecom web site ) and moving backwards to the seed level .
