our company will be Indias first community website for real estate and construction needs. our website look alike as LinkedIn & will be easy to use as Instagram. The designs, concept,business model everything is ready , the only thing that i lagging behind is financial support for the website development & marketing . Also a mentor who can help me please support me i assure you this company will be the next big thing. In india 90% people want to own their dream home and different peoples have different needs like whether its about location /price/ flat or villa/ desired plot location /desired area of plot/location near to school,hospital etc. so much of different things are there that peoples have their perception on having a dream home but currently we have the websites like 99acres,magicbricks,nobrokers,squareyards etc. whose only focuses to provide information about property which their registered agents/brokers/builder/owner have in their hand. And when any customer contacts these agents/builder & mention their requirement then if these agents dont have the required property then they only write & save the customers requirements in their excel sheet or notepad or share the customers data to their known nearby agents but this doesnt solve the customers problem. Also these real estate website sells customers data to different agents/builders so the customer gets 100s of cold calls from agents. To avoid all the above customers problem we are here to provide customer /agents/builder/owner a open for all community platform where customer can write their requirement which can be viewed & replied by agents/builder/owner who have the property that matches the customers requirement . Also we are focusing on interior designer,architect,civil engineers,electrician,painters etc. who can build their portfolio on our website and showcase thier works. As there is no website in india or world doing or solving these problem so it will be the next big thing. Our business model is to operate this as software as a service product and we want to focus also on the white-lebelling of tiles,sanitary ware and interior products as in this industry has also a big blunder which need to be get solved.
