The increasing competition within these jobs leads to higher working hours per week and is causing a serious burnout problem for working professionals. This leads to an increasing number of cases of mental health issues, burnout, and distress due to the inability to focus on other aspects of life like health, relationships, emotional well-being etc. Especially since covid, people have realised this more and are looking for experiences and self-improvement opportunities outside their work life, people need to be able to define, track and get help in achieving their self-improvement goals. Oopar aims to solve this problem in 3 ways - 1. Intelligent goal recommendations, setting and tracking 2. Building communities around goals 3. Events and challenges - To facilitate community engagement and make socialising fun we create as well as curate various phygital experiences. Oopar brings the best practices recommended by experts for habit building and goal setting with the power of community under a single platform. This is how the new social media will look like where people meet and connect over common productive goals aided by technology to act as a personal assistant for them to achieve those goals. By providing challenges and events, Oopar goes outside the boundaries of only being a tech platform and allows this community to interact with each other in more humane ways with higher face to fact interaction, helping increase the belongingness with each other.
