The nature and purpose of the business to be conducted by “ORCHID ONCOLOGY LLP” is to provide comprehensive and specialized medical care, treatment, and management of cancer patients through advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services as particularly described in this Agreement. The LLP may engage in any and all activities necessary, desirable or incidental to the accomplishment of the conduct of such business of the LLP including but not limited to such ancillary business. It may also include any other business conducted in such manner as may be decided by the majority of Partners from time to time. Nothing set forth in this Agreement shall be construed as authorizing the Partners to possess any purpose or power, or to do any act or thing, forbidden by law to a LLP formed under the LLP Act.
