It digitizes the complete order-to-collection lifecycle, including retailer management, sales orders, credit control, approvals, inventory, warehouse operations, delivery and proof of delivery, invoicing, payments and collections. Its rule-based credit engine evaluates outstanding balances, overdue payments and credit limits to automatically approve, hold or block orders. OrdWave helps distributors replace fragmented manual processes, spreadsheets and disconnected systems with a centralized, scalable platform providing better operational visibility and control. In future phases, OrdWave will integrate with leading accounting software to synchronize financial and transaction data and enable streamlined, automated GST reporting and filing workflows.
