What do we do? Organic Naturals India Private Limited is a Botanical and life sciences based nutraceuticals start-up focused on developing essential health supplements that address core areas such as Neural health, Heart health, Renal health, Liver health , Lungs and upper respiratory track health , diabetes, Bone health , blood profile parameters such as LDL , HDL ,Triglyceride imbalances and whole body wellness. Focused research is on in collaboration with Hyderabad Central University's Bio Nest to develop further products and commercial technologies. Our Capabilities: The company has its GMP and FSSAI certified manufacturing facility at Madambakkam, Kanchipuram District, near Chennai and is totally backward integrated for its input supply chain. At present the company has its range of Tableting, Capsuling, Liquid filling and packaging lines and its integrated material testing, extraction and processing lab. Most of the raw material ingredients required come from their own/ leased farms around and near Chennai in Tamilnadu. The company follows stringent quality processes and is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Certified for process adherence. The company has an Installed capacity of the tableting line of 68,000 tablets per hour, Installed capacity of Capsuling line is 10,800 capsules an hour. Liquid filling lines have a capacity of 1600 containers an hour also the company posses Batch reactors and fermenters for future expansion. The Business Model: The primary stream of revenue for the company comes from manufacturing and distributing nutraceuticals products on their brand (Organic Naturals) through domestic retail chains mostly in Tamilnadu and Karnataka. Pan Indian sales is currently being addressed only through the company's e-store (https://www.organicnaturalsindia.com/) and drop shipments for orders from other e-stores, however the company desires to expand its physical distribution chain pan India in FY 2021 to 2022 and then to SAARC countries , USA, Europe , UK and Japan from 2022 to 2025 through conventional supply chain . The second stream of revenue is derived from 3rd party contract manufacturing of nutraceuticals on custom label and the company is already doing it at present. The third stream of revenue is derived from manufacturing and sells bulk ingredients. The company foresees a fourth stream of revenue from contract research and technology development for other players in future. Promoters Profile: The company was founded by Srivatsava Rajagopalan (Sri) who handles it is operations and marketing till date as the Managing director. Sri is an entrepreneur by thought action and profession. An alumni of BITs Pliani and a MBA Grad from Indian Institute of Management – Trichy, Sri has been an active as board member on the board of other companies too. He is passionate researcher and is endeavouring on narrowing the gap between the Synthetic molecule world and the Natural Bio Molecule world of APIs which goes a long way in delivering future remedies to the mankind with little or no undesirable effects. He is supported by Samiksha T.M who is the other director on the board.
