Orgenik E-commerce Pvt. Ltd. has developed an e-commerce platform that offers only certified organic and pure natural food. Currently, the farmers are facing agrarian crises such as debt- burden and consumers are being exploited for organic food products as the current brands do not have any assurance of genuineness, quality and fair price. To overcome this, we have developed a platform where the company will directly tie up with FPOs (Farmers Producer Organization) and potential farmers that produce genuine, authentic organic and natural food products and would sell it to general public. Traditionally, there were no specific mandis or platforms for farmers to sell, their organic produce. Our business would solve that issue as well. Other than that, we provide basic facilities to the FPOs where there will be quality control in the farmer’s produce. The uniqueness of our platform is our 3-step verification process at the time of choosing right FPOs: 1) Physical Site verification; 2) Product certification verification; 3) Laboratory tests of products. We charge 25% as service charge from our sellers i.e. FPOs to place their produces on our platform.
