OTAF Overseas Private Limited was incorporated in 2017 and Incubated at iCreate. Our Idea was valued for Rs5 Crore at the time of seed funding in 2017 by our stakeholders - Gujarat Foundation For Entrepreneurial Excellence (GFEE). We act like a connecting company that offers connectivity to its registered labours and thekedars and charges monthly subscription fee in lieu of Connectivity to nearest service seeking consumers looking for job providing labour and thekedars. We have developed a UNIQUE tech enabled platform that acts like a market place to be visited by Consumers of Labours of all types. Our platform is being marketed by our company as LABOURADDA (A registered Trade Mark owned by Siddharth Asthana). Our Software maintains a “Talent pool”- Database of various categories of labours and the functionalities of our software helps in CONNECTING a Service Seeking Consumers to the Job Seeking Mazdoor, Mistri, Painter, Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Lohaar, Fabricator, Loaders and Unloaders etc. Labouradda acts as an online avatar of a Digital Labour Mandi connected to a Labouradda - Mobile App that can be downloaded from play store by consumers of Labours of types to connect with nearest Labours. Our online Digital Labour Mandi is also connected with Labouradda Website (www.labouradda.net), Labouradda Call Center and Labouradda Facebook page and all these gateways are enabled with a booking engine to connect our registered consumers to the nearest job seeking Labours. Our company has also developed a Unique Labour Adda Dealer app created for conventional labour thekedars for dealing in bulk supply and contracts from registered consumers of Labouradda. Consumers who have a bulk requirement place their bookings using our any gateway. Our software fetches the nearest thekedars directly. The rates for the services of required labours are quoted directly to consumers for their services that their rates offered are validated by consumers and paid directly to thekedars or Labours on their own terms. Consumers, dealers, thekedaars & the Labours that are registered for using our platform are free to accept or reject the offered rates and services for which they are not bound by our terms in any way. OTAF Overseas Private Limited does not charge any money from service seeking consumers of labours for their connectivity to nearest labours.
