PaasMey enables thousands of stores to serve their online and offline customers through a unified commerce system by providing both POS and Marketplace Services. Customers can also easily shop from nearby stores through voice, image or text in a chat based interface. The service enables the customers to transact with a plurality of stores (each store uses cloud-based unified commerce system) and, further, for such stores to add items from a plurality of curated product items, to source product items from a plurality of vendors (may or may not use cloud-based unified commerce system) and receiving vendor delivery either through store pick-up method or through location based delivery from a plurality of pickup agent/delivery personnel, to sell their product items to a plurality of membership based customers and, further, manage the placement and fulfillment of the plurality of customer’s orders through a unified engagement experience in a chat interface, and providing location based delivery to the customers through a plurality of delivery agents/personnel. Further, the present invention also relates to payment methods that involves a combination of subscription commerce and post-paid/credit commerce.
