A round the year operational model focussing on Wellness activities, Such as Cycling, Trekking, Hiking, Fishing, Body detoxifying, Wellness Spas etc. Our Motto is to promote Kaziranga, beyond National Park, with an ultra luxury stay showcasing Assam Tea, Fabric, Assamese Cuisine, Historic Cutleries, Assam's History (Social, Political, Cultural). The uniqueness is the Digital museum, a mini wikipedia on Assam will be incorporated digitally.Firstly, Tourism operators promotes Assam, Kaziranga as seasonal, in results, Entire industry and state economy suffers half of the year. Secondly, During season, the itineraries consists of site seeing, jungle safaris and a minimum stay without experiencing Assam and its rich culture. Thirdly, There is a lacking of a Truly Luxury Wellness property in entire Kaziranga. Fourthly, Lack of information provided to the guests about the rich social, political & cultural History of Assam. Wellness Tourism is the next big thing going to happen in coming time. We are setting up a Luxury wellness Resort, fully operational round the year with all its activities like our motto: Kaziranga beyond National Park launching packages for a longer stay to experience ASSAM at its best. Our biophillic concept ultra luxurious Villas and cottages are designed to give outmost comfort, homeliness and privacy for a pleasant experience. Our website is under construction, where we will be going online globally to take bookings, Showcase our services along with our mini wikipedia on Assam will consist of every single information on Assam including Social, Political and cultural History. Promoting Assam as a Digital Museum concept. We will be having multiple photo frames all over the premises of our resort showcasing Assam's enriched History followed by QR Codes, for redirecting to our online database for further information. Digital museum concept is very new and flexible idea where we can go globally. We can showcase everything in detail from the varities of crops grown in Assam, varities of musical instruments, varities of Tea leaves, Historical monuments, Personalities, Cuisine, Fabric and what not. we will make sure to be on top listing related to every single KEY WORD related to Assam. Our Initiative is to give the outmost experience of our motherland Assam physically and Digitally.The data that is noted down for the year 2023-24 is 3,27,493 which includes 3,13,574 Indian tourists and 13,919 international visitors. The estimated revenue is collected by the government is somewhere around 8 crore INR from the visitors. The estimated market size for the hotel and resort industry is 900,00,00,000 INR, 900 Crore annually (Seasonal). The growth is estimated by 15% minimum annually. We are targeting Wellness Tourism. The next big thing in tourism Industry. COVID-19 had a severe impact on the Wellness Tourism Market in India. We are already on ground, going full swing on construction part. By October 2024, we will be able to take booking for our first phase. As the season starts from October onwards, by the end of February 2025, we will be able to complete the third phase will all inventories. The next monsoons are the best time to capture the entire market with all the activities as we said, Kaziranga beyond national park as the time is said to be off season. Only we can offer adventure packages for the monsoons. The expertise to cater a wellness tourism can compete with us in future, but I am confident that, it will really take time to create something like this precisely in Kaziranga. Our land scaping, Cottages, Villas are designed with Biophillic concepts, The art to showcase a state into a global platform really needs courage, patience, dedication, vision, belief. We will multiply in different states of India showcasing the home state and its rich culture, transforming to a global Brand. We are selling experience rather than services. A luxurious Comfy stay, health oriented Activities, Organically own grown vegetables for meal, experience of cultivation, tea production, Exploring the local food and its ingredients, and many more. We will be committed to provide unique value to every single services to cater our guest a great experience. We are involving the local people into different work, starting from planting our own grown vegetables, fruits, plucking tea leafs, maintaining fisheries, etc. Also encouraging them to start farming of Chicken, Duck and other Non-Veg Items which we can procure from them only for our kitchen, by which the villagers will be economically benefitted.
