“Ozorganic” uses the most advanced techniques of “Aquaponics” which can grow a variety of vegetables like broccoli and lettuce in the most hygienic way to the doorstep of the consumers at its facility spanning 35,000 sq ft out of its 9-acres land. Aquaponics is the combination of aquaculture (raising fish) and hydroponics (the soil-less growing of plants) that grows fish and plants together in one integrated system. The fish waste provides an organic food source for the plants, and the plants naturally filter the water for the fish. ? Aquaponics is an ultra-efficient, latest and which serves as the most innovative method/process of farming and is the ideal solution for production of 100% organic and nutrient rich vegetation without the use of any harmful supplements like insecticides and pesticides. The benefit of this technology is that the agriculture produce is organic without any use of pesticides and insecticides. Another main advantage is that agricultural products like lettuce and broccoli requires extreme cold temperature for growth and harvest and hence they can be grown only from November to February in most part of the country when grown in soil. However, the use of aquaponics technology, lettuce and broccoli can be grown all-round the year with the same quality and rich water content denoting freshness. Moreover, it aims to aims to implement futuristic technology that can ensure efficient management and manage factors such as harvest cycle, room temperature, inventory management, water level management.
