We have leverage with existing customers who are managing their oncalls and incidents on Slack. Today, we integrate with Oncall Tools like Pagerduty, Opsgenie. Ticketing tools like Jira, Github. Using advances in AI like GPT/Bard, We are trying to make a product now which will help any company tech engineer to : 1. Get Summarize changes of the Latest Releases easily for incident debugging. Also, get a summary of the errors and logs from the log tools 2. Get a Summary of the alerts and timeline from Pagerduty/Opsgenie tools to manage oncall much easier 3. Create Post mortem based on the conversation on Slack, timeline on oncall In short, we are helping companies to debug, and coordinate incidents faster and file post-mortems root cause analysis documents much fast We already have paying customers . Our current product is already loved by our customers and every customer has come inbound ( Slack App directory, Blogs, LinkedIn posts) Our current product solves a very sharp, small and simple problem Our notable unicorn customers include: Sharechat, Loom, BharatPe, Starbucks, 1Password We have interviewed more developers particularly DevOps, SRE engineers. We have also surveyed our existing customers about the problem and above-proposed solution, more than 60% had an affirming yes to the problem we talked about and were happy to try and pay for the proposed solution
