PAN Skill Connect is the best platform connecting skilled labour on time. India is a leading country that has an abundance of skilled and unskilled labourers. However, the major problem that the industries face is a lack of connectivity. Skilled freelancers labourers cannot reach the required jobs in time, and project managers cannot access the skilled freelancers labour when required. Therefore, such a scenario leads to missed job opportunities simply due to a lack of connectivity. Other problems that arise due to a lack of connectivity include job not being done at the right time, higher labour costs due to limited availability, and labourers not being available on time. Skilled labourers also find it hard to find part-time, hourly, or full-time work according to their qualifications. They cannot reach the project owners who actually need them urgently. PAN Skill Connect works as a platform between jobs and labourers, providing assistance to labourers to find jobs and to employers to find labourers in time according to their requirements.
