Business process value chain study to map legacy process workflow with new Core Banking in various modules like CIF,CASA,TD,Clearing and Payments. 2. Core Banking / Flexcube consulting for defining test plan and testing strategy for Core Banking implementation. 3. Managing multiple UAT environments and running EOD/BOD as per the Core Banking implementation test plan. 4. Deployments in UAT,production and data migration environment. 5.
