We are a professional organization whose working style is completely social. Welfare of people is the main aim of Praxep. Our primary objective is not only to connect the youth with the resources of livelihood but also to make them self-reliant by balancing the development of all the dimensions of their lives. Since independence, our country has developed on a large scale in almost all areas and is continuously moving forward, our country has the largest number of youth in the world. There are many livelihood opportunities available for the youth in various fields and our organization is constantly striving to connect the youth with these opportunities. Through proper counselling and guidance our organization plays an important role in removing the small challenges faced by the youth, which prove to be a hindrance in making their career. In this direction, we are closely working with many social institutions, rural organizations, educational institutions, administration, government and the organizations which work with similar objectives for connecting youth with livelihood through quality counseling and need-based training. Praxep has been conceptualized as a comprehensive, multi-pronged, transformational organization. facilitation to link Youth / Job Seekers with Industry for employment, provides Career Counselling & Guidance; Skills Gap analysis, Pre-employment Preparation & connects with the Industry and creates Job opportunities and facilitates placements through Job Fairs, Placement Drives, Scheduling Interviews at employers’ premises, or at youth hubs etc. Praxep intends to benefit both the Youth seeking job and Employers seeking suitable candidates. We also encourage the youth who are seeking for livelihood in entrepreneurship and self-employment, we offers Entrepreneurial Motivation Trainings to train youth to become more understood about the process and steps of start-up. We believe in social approach and connect people to utilize available resources. PRAXEP has been established to serve people and society primarily for livelihood as well as welfare and making balance in people's life while covering all the aspects. PRAXEP has not only been developed as an inspiring organization but also a network of networks of those people, organizations or institutions who have the same belief and practicing it.
