We manufacture Rapid Steamer which is designed and developed by Paschim Biospace Research Parks (P) .This system works on biomass (coconut shells, husk, saw dust etc) as the source for fuel. This state-of-the-art innovation cooks a meal at just 30 to 50 paise, in a healthy and eco-friendly manner. The most popular cooking system is based on LPG which is highly expensive and is a depleting source of energy. It is high time we shifted to alternative ways of cooking which is very light on the pocket, uses easily available material and promotes a greener way of living. Lack of availability, emissions, and health problems deter the traditional firewood-cooking system. Electric- or diesel-based cooking systems are also not viable for the high cost it incurs. This is where this unique invention -Rapid Steamer- gains relevance. Rapid Steamer has many variants to suit commercial (big, medium or small kitchen) and household cooking requirements. Product range includes Dosa-Perotta-Chappathi Pan, Tea Kettle and Dehydrator. It can cook a meal for just 30 to 50 paise under ideal conditions when the commercial cooking rate with other means is between Rs 2 and Rs 5. Our effort is to further bring down the cost to 20 paise per meal while drastically reducing dependence on LPG or electricity for cooking.
