-The market for door frames and doors is very huge as any kind of building or any space that is made this product is used for sure. The product that is being used since many years is Wooden frames and doors. Over the period of time the market has accepted this product as it is. Everyone is aware about the problems that are associated with that product such as bending, cracking, termite and borer, weather effect etc. The product that we manufacture is Hollow WPC [ Wood and Plastic Composite] which is produced through an extrusion process involving wood powder/rice husk, pvc, stabilizers and other components. It is a perfect replacement of wooden doors and frames. Has great strength, screw holding capacity and aesthetics like wood. Also removing all the problems of bending, cracking, the product is termite and borer proof and there is no effect of weather which makes the product complain free and long lasting. We are currently supplying our products to private developers and in the govt sector. We undertake projects in which our scope of work is supply, installation and finishing of frames, doors and hardware. Our way of supplying the product is very different. All measurements are taken by our team and products are produced according to the sizes provided. For example, if there are 1000 sets to be supplied each and every size would be different and it would be supplied by us in that manner with proper labelling. There is a special hardware that has been developed by us which is used to join the frames as they are supplied in 3 parts on the site, due to which the work becomes very fast. With a workforce of 2 people, we can complete installation of nearly 10-11 frames in a day which is faster than installation of a conventional door frame. The biggest advantage to the clients is that we can match all the deadlines that they expect from us.
