PROFILE History Penrex Products (the then called Penrex Chrome Stationery) made its initiation in the market back in 1988. We started with a brick and mortar store in the Mecca of Stationery – Crawford Market. Penrex an established Indian company with its roots deeply in the stationery business also had a joint venture with “Deli” a China based company, formed in India as “Deli Penrex Stationery Pvt Ltd”. Starting from sales of Rs. 100000 in 2004 we achieved a turnover of Rs. 5 Million in a short span of 5 years. We set the bar of being the one stop stationery destination for walk-in shoppers. Additionally, catered to wholesale and retail distribution of renowned products in the market. As time has transitioned, the business model delved into new frontiers and made a strong footprint in the stationery market. The ‘Chrome’ Brand Chrome Stationery made its advent in the market in 2013. A brand that was designed, conceptualized and licensed in the USA. The ‘Chrome’ brand imports its branded products from China and resells to Indian consumers. We retail through our founding brick and mortar store, supply to stationery dealers all over India and conduct warehousing in Bhiwandi. Target Consumers & Loyal Buyers The brand’s main objective shall always remain to serve the interest and stationery need of every consumer. We initially started off with satisfying stationery needs of only office goers or office stationery buyers. Over the period, Chrome Stationery’s loyal buyers are bucketed under three main consumer categories of the market – school kids, government, corporate and SME offices and home makers looking for affordable materials. Since our markets are defined, Chrome Stationery offers items that address the need of their target audience. Product & Offerings Our product categories are – Adhesives & Tapes, Calculators, Clay, Clips & Pins Sets, Cutters & Scissors, Desk Accessories, Document Trays, Dustbins, Files & Folders, Identity Cards, Key Holder, Magazine Stand, Pen Stand, Sharpener, Sticky Notes & Whiteboard & Accessories. Apart from these we have branched to new categories over the past years- Art & Craft Supplies, Pencil Pouches, Pottery Tools, Kitchen Appliances, Electronic Office Supplies & Notebook Series. Reach Through abundant marketing efforts and a robust sales network, we have managed to distribute in multiple states and countries. Our strongest base is set in the South of India and is followed by the West, North and East. We aim to cater to every super distributor, distributor, wholesaler, retailer and end consumer that reaches out to us.  Modern Retail Chrome’s footprint in the Modern Retail was set in 2014. MORE (formerly known as Aditya Birla Retail), Reliance, Metro Cash & Carry, Crossword and D-Mart are the primary retail stores where our products are supplied on a regular monthly basis.  Online Presence Whilst, our offline presence has branched out exponentially, we have created a strong presence even in the online or e-commerce community. Chrome Stationery receives 150 orders on a daily basis and accumulates a monthly sale of 10L+. E-commerce websites where we are listed- 1. Amazon India 2. Flipkart 3. Government E-Markerplace- GEM 4. JioMart 5. FirstCry Strength PCSPL have a sales team of 50 peoples working in PAN India catering all our major Distributors and Super Stockiest. Establishing the brand and enabling us to order stocks for its partners according to their sales forecasts. Penrex has warehouse in Mumbai from where the group of 20 peoples are working for timely dispatches of the goods and taking upmost care for goods and rendering all logistics related services. Team of 15 people in our administrative office writing accounts and competitive & efficient circulation support is looked after by them.
