A lot of mundane repetitive tasks in the industry are still performed manually because these seemingly simple tasks are very difficult to automate, especially while retaining speed and flexibility. Robots today are quite unintelligent and need lots of scenario-specific programming while humans are much better, faster, flexible. Our goal, at Perceptyne, is to make possible the next generation of robots for use in repetitive visuo-motor-tactile tasks matching human-level performance. We achieve this by an ensemble of technology components (both HW & SW) that form a powerful platform for visuo-motor-tactile tasks.
