PGE Industries Pvt Ltd caters to the B2B Segment of Industries and Factories for their Sealing solutions. The Gasket or Seal is one of the most weakest link in their equipment and is always the first to fail. There is never enough time to replace them and it halts production. The product is also a fast moving consumable across most factories and industries. The current industry trend in India is to buy them in Sheets, and cut both standard and custom sizes manually at the factory level resulting in large scale scrap generation, scrap disposal, additional manpower requirements, and time taken for installation. This leads to incredible inefficiency and generation of wastage at the Industry level. The final product is also not as per dimensions specifications or standard. For custom size, we have developed an online portal PGE WebShop. This is a revolutionary concept as it allows upload of the Engineering drawing itself and calculates a quotation based on parameters selected. For standard size, we plan to offer these Seals in ready to use packet straight out of the box itself via a distribution network for scaling. PGE Industries Pvt Ltd is a supporter of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and a member of the UN Global Compact Program.
