Innovation: We are applying modern tools and technology to solve a real problem in the Real Estate space. We have developed mobile technology (Cloud based website+Mobile App) to speed up the process of inspection and submission of report in less than 48 hours. We have performed 500+ inspections for home buyers till date and each of them have been delighted with our services. We use inspection tools that typically are not used during construction to find quality issues. Our goal is to act as a marketplace which facilitates every property transaction in India to be accompanied by a home inspection performed by home inspectors certified by us, using tools that we have recommended and technology that we have developed. This would create a new employment opportunity for CIvil & Electrical Engineers / Diploma Holders in India. We aim to certify about 50,000 Engineers as Home Inspectors by end of 2020 by imparting knowledge, trainings & support to Engineers through Home Inspection Association of India.
