In their own words
We have designed a cloud based platform that harnesses the power of data science and helps in trait selection, crop management and providing actionable insights to farmers. While data collection, data analysis and the orchestration of machine learning algorithms to provide actionable insights is the primary USP of the platform, this is supported by bioinformatics pipeline to enrich the data matrix and state of art visualisations and frontend tools. We will also be working with public sources and OEM IOT devices (i.e : weather stations, UAV/satellite data etc) that will compliment the Phenotypic data we have. While we integrate data from IOT devices, we are also speaking with sequencing labs on collaborations. While providing meaningful and data backed decision support system and analytics will help in improving yield, system will also identify and predict bi-product, revenue estimates and market logistics. While addressing the problems of precision agriculture, our architecture also has scope to be extended into personalised medicine domain.
