PEEPL (Pittappillil Engineering & Exports Pvt Ltd) is an industrial automation company which provides customized solutions to various industries. We adopt different technologies that are reliable, cost effective and suitable to meet the industry requirements and integrate it. Our integrated solutions include pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, embedded systems, servo control, robotics, etc in accordance with the process requirement, practicality and budget. PEEPL Automation has invented a machine to clean the outer shell of de-husked coconuts automatically. Currently, the coconut’s shell after de-husking still carries a lot of fibres and it is a laborious job to clean them to meet the stringent food safety standards. Our machine automatically cleans 30 coconuts per minute. PEEPL has developed a pluggable pick and place system for feeding batch sealing packaging machines. This helps to reduce labour oriented work and to increase efficiency. We have integrated this machine with our surgical glove pouch packaging machines to feed the glove wallet to the machine thereby making it more fast, efficient and continuous in operation with minimal complexity. To meet the requirement for vacuum packaging of medical consumables, PEEPL has invented an advance vacuuming module that can be plugged onto the currently available Pedal operated sealing machines. Our system can be attached to any impulse sealing machine where air removal from the package is required. Our system is compact and faster when compared to other conventional vacuum packaging machines.
