Plasmavac is a private limited that deals in the development of applications of Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) coating. PVD is a technique of deposition of thin films in which solid material is vaporized in a concealed vacuum chamber and is deposited on the substrate as a metal or alloy. The major motivation for considering PVD is the fact that PVD is a technology that is not only functional and economical, it is also the most environment friendly as compared to existing methods of coating employed in Industry which is a major source of environmental pollution in our country. The PVD process employed by Plasmavac on various products has virtually no environmentally dangerous byproducts and has helped our clients to reduce their environmental footprint. Existing metal coating options involve caustic chemicals and other additives that can be potentially harmful to the environment. Even though controls and procedures are put in place with these other processes, there is always some risk of exposure which PVD helps to avert. Plasmavac has developed the application from horological to food-safe flatware and utensils, furniture, and faucet industry.
