Innovation: PlexusMD is an exclusive professional network for doctors that enables doctors to get the latest research and updates from 1000+ sources worldwide, discover career advancement opportunities across the world and watch high quality medical education videos on their smartphone. Prior to PlexusMD, the major options available to doctors to stay updated were Journals (which are expensive), Conferences and CMEs (which happen infrequently) and Medical representatives (who offer a biased source of information). For job search, doctors used to rely on word of mouth awareness and physically submit their applications at major hospitals in the city. The entire technology was developed by us based out of Ahmedabad. Scalability: Being a tech-driven product, PlexusMD is highly scalable and can offer the same service to millions of doctors worldwide. Two years back, we had 10 full-time employees and around 15,000 registered doctors. Today, we have 100,000+ doctors and 300+ clients and 15 full-time employees. Wealth creation: By creating a disruptive channel for healthcare industry and doctors to engage and exchange information, we believe there is ample opportunity to create highly profitable and scalable business models which can attract investment interest from institutional investors. Job creation: We wish to build the product further, improve security and user experience and substantially invest in Sales and Customer support teams. We have demonstrated this is possible based out of Ahmedabad and we wish to continue to operate and build PlexusMD from Ahmedabad, becoming one of the most iconic tech companies from the state of Gujarat.
