Career decisions in most households are largely driven or influenced by parents, relatives, and teachers.Today, however, with increasing career options, high competition and increasing complexity, parents and students face a huge challenge when it comes to finalising and pursuing a career. After recognising and researching these issues conceptualised CARAWIN to offer a holistic programme to students to facilitate their career decision-making process. CARAWIN Web Portal & App works as a technology-enabled eco-system for career planning, development, and mentoring of school students from the 6th grades to 12th grades. The platform blends Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with strategic human interventions to help students and parents choose the ideal career path. Our services include: 1. Career Assessment – We conduct BOTH online and offline career assessment. Scientific and meticulously designed Career Assessment Test includes Psychometric Test.,Proprioceptive Aptitude Test.,Individual Career Skill Test.,Professional / Humanities Stream Test Professional HOTS Test for Eng. / medical / law / management branch Communication Skill Test coupled with computer skills. Leadership Test including athletic capabilities. 2. Career Report - Career Report is generated giving the details of personality, ability and interests and list of suitable careers. 3. Career Planning and Goal Setting – Using the career report we work with students to develop a career plan. 4. Life Skill Workshops – Post the career planning, we help the student build higher self-esteem, self-confidence and equip him or her with skills that would be of help throughout life. “We want to create a mentor-mentee relationship with entire Indian Student Community.
