Praan builds filterless outdoor air purification systems for cities. These devices can be scaled from size of 5.5ft to 300ft and can be attached to streetlamps, sides of buildings, or placed on stands on campuses. Praan was founded by Angad Daryani out of his dorm room at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. On moving back to India in 2020, he registered the company here and has since been operating it. Praan has been part of the CREATE-X accelerator program at Georgia Tech and has also been recognized by Thiel Foundation backed Emergent Ventures at the Mercatus Center.
