We founded Pragnya Security and Services Pvt.Ltd. with a clear vision: to redefine security in India. We saw a market that was largely traditional, reactive, and often inefficient. Our goal is to move beyond the conventional model of "manned guarding" and create a truly integrated and intelligent security solution that is both effective and scalable. We are a young, active company, officially incorporated on April 20, 2025, and are already focused on building a strong foundation. The Problem We Are Solving The security landscape in India is undergoing a major shift. While physical security remains crucial, the rise of smart homes, connected businesses, and the increasing sophistication of threats requires a more advanced approach. The problems we are solving are: Reactive Security: The traditional model of human guards is often reactive. By the time a guard responds to an alarm, a crime may have already been committed. We are building a proactive system that uses technology to anticipate and prevent threats. Lack of Integration: Many clients have fragmented security systems—separate providers for CCTV, alarms, and on-site guards. Our solution integrates all these elements into a single, cohesive platform. Inefficiency and High Cost: Relying solely on a large number of human guards can be costly and inefficient. We are leveraging technology to optimize our operations, which allows us to offer superior service at a more competitive price. Our Unique Solution (The "Startup" Approach) Our uniqueness lies in our "Smart-Guard" Hybrid Model. It's not about replacing people with technology; it's about making our people smarter and more effective with technology. Centralised, AI-Powered Command Center: We are investing in a state-of-the-art command Center that serves as the brain of our operations. This Center uses AI to analyse data from CCTV feeds, IoT sensors, and alarm systems in real time.
