1. To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, maintain, assist, support and, or, help in the setting up, running and, or maintaining of public health educational institutions for promoting and ensuring capacity building in public health education, training, and research as per government rules; 2. To award recognition in public health education programmes; 3. To undertake, organize, assist, promote, support and, or, coordinate all activities aimed at creating and stimulating an awareness to address the increasing health challenge faced by India; 4. To evolve, devise, undertake, implement, promote, support and, or, coordinate a strategy and plan through the help of various individuals, corporate houses, bilateral and multilateral agencies, institutions, associations, international and national bodies and countries, non-government organizations, Government of India, and State Governments, focusing on, but not limited to, creating higher standards of public health, addressing capacity building in public health, driving public health oriented research and consultancy initiatives for shaping public health policies, and offering customized programmes to approach and address India's public health needs;5. To work with various State Governments as well as the private sector with a view to creating meaningful career prospects and opportunities for public health professionals; 6. To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, maintain, assist, support and, or, help in the setting up, running and, or, maintaining of libraries, research centers, laboratories, and information services to promote and facilitate the objectives of the Society as per govt. rules; 7. To build a strong infrastructure through the creation of a network of world class public health institutes and a high-quality public health faculty for training and supplying public health professionals in order to equip the country with a large and qualified public health work force; and 8. To undertake, organize, establish, promote, set-up, maintain, assist, support and, or, facilitate study courses, workshops, conferences, lectures, internships, and other similar activities in furtherance of the objectives of the Society as per govt. rules. 9. To develop, support, promote, execute, train and offer consultancy, in modern agricultural, horticultural and farming activities in an ecofriendly sustainable environment to the farming community. 10. To identify, participate, undertake, promote, harness and develop waste land cultivation programmes in agricultural or renewable afforestation activities. 11. To work on the Health Care, Poverty, Drug Do-Addiction Environment Protection for the welfare of General Public. 12. For the development of young people and for the promotion of sports. 13. The Society is being organized for the social welfare without taking into consideration the caste of the person to be helped. 14. To organize such function that the governing body of the Society thinks fits for promotion or awareness among the villagers against dangerous diseases like AIDS etc.
