Prasora was designed to solve three problems related to Business Management: 1. Organizations are unique and need software designed specifically for them. The software should function as per the organization and not the other way around. 2. Software are written by hard code and once implemented, cannot be easily modified. Thus most systems are designed for a standard usecase and cannot be customized drastically in terms of functionality. 3. Business Processes of an organization are not fixed and may change later. Thus, a software should be able to add those functionalities to match those changes. Prasora is an automated software, designed to manage customized workflows for various organizations. Prasora not only automates the creation of activities dynamically based on the user input but can also allocate, schedule and monitor them. Prasora automatically escalates tasks if delayed. Apart from being a Workflow Management System, prasora also provides functionality of Content Management System, Decision Support System and Management Information System. As a Content Management System, Prasora can manage the business information and show them in appropriate form later during a decision making for better informed decisions. Prasora can generate on demand and on schedule reports and analytics for various objectives and achieve better management. Prasora is super agile, dynamically updated and completely customized for individual organization. No coding is required while customization of the software. This is why Prasora can be changed and updated in cloud to add more functionality at any time.
