My startup is Solving Plastic Recycle & waste management , Which is the Major problem of the country. Start up is contributing towards Swachh Bharat Abhiyan launched by Government of India. The Company is capable of about 500 kg daily recycles plastic & being reprocessed for some useful products like Household products like Buckets, Tubs, Mugs , Dustbins, Agricultural Ghamela and Industrial Tagaries. Most important part of the said products are it is being sold at a less than 25% of market price of same kind of products of other big companies. Quality of the product is as competitive as other Big Branded products. The startup is also ensuring to improve the quality of labours through giving them better salary and health and education to the children of those labours. The promoter of the startup is doing various skill development work by providing on the job training to the labours and unskilled staff. There is no discrimination amongst the male and female staff. The company is also resolving the problem of unemployment by generating employment for the labours and poors of nearby villages and cities. The company has appointed various agents and retail outlets for selling their products. More important is the products are being sold with 1 years of warranty.
