1. To carry on the business as developers of land, hotels, colonies, sheds, buildings, structures, residential plots, commercial plots, Industrial plots and sheds, roads, bridges, channels, culverts and to act as architect, designers, contractors, sub-contractors, for all types of constructions and development work for private sector, government departments, semi government departments and to develop the sites and plots and to carry on the business activities of acquirer, purchaser, lease exchange, hire or otherwise all types of land, and properties of any tenure or any interest in the same or to erect and construct houses, building, multi-stories, or work for every descriptions on any land of the Company or upon other land or property and to pull down re-build, enlarge, alter and improve, existing house, buildings or work thereon and to purchasing and selling of house and plot free hold or other house property, building or lands or interest, household articles and other products of other companies in the installments, network scheme or otherwise and to act as commission agent and to offer various types of incentives, schemes from time to time either directly or in collaboration with any other individuals, bodies corporate in India or elsewhere and to educate people for side work, entertainment and side work personality development. 2. To take up the Business of builders, contractors, land developers, property owners and to act as estate agents and property consultants and dealers in and manufacturers of prefabricates and pre cast houses, buildings, and erections and materials, tools, implements, machinery and metal ware in connection therewith or incidental thereto and to carry on any other business that is customarily, usually and conveniently carried on therewith. 3. To do the business of Housing by constructing houses, bungalows, row houses, farm houses, resorts, hotels with or without adjoining gardens and selling, let exchange deal with, dispose of the same and to prepare, manufacture and deal in materials necessary for building and to carry on business as building contractors and to acquire land and plots for colonization or otherwise, sell plots, construct buildings for sale and rent or both on installments or otherwise. 4. To manufacture prefab houses either independently or in collaboration with any Indian or foreign company or firm and to undertake the completion or partial erection and construction of such buildings and prefab work of all description. 5. To purchase, take on lease or in exchange, or otherwise acquire any lands and buildings and any estate or interest in and any rights connected with, any such lands and buildings and to develop and turn to account any land acquires by or in which the Company is interested, and in particular by laying out and preparing the same for building purpose. 6. To carry on business of consultants, advisors, developers, brokers, promoters, builders, dealers, stockiest, exporters, marketing, commission agents, brokers of all types of real estate and other properties and Tea estate developers and managers etc. 7. To carry on the business as architects, developers, dealers, purchasers manufacturers, producers, researchers, sellers, importers, exporters, users, traders, processors, transporters, lessors, hirers, handlers, stockiest, distributors, brokers, factors, merchants, agents of all types of produces and plant and machinery, equipments, tools, implements, instruments, apparatus, assemblies, materials and hardware of all kinds relevant to development, construction, erection or repairs of power plants, buildings, complexes, structures, roads and facilities. 8. To carry on the business of supplying highly skilled, skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled man power to government and non-government organizations and to provide housekeeping, cleaning and vehicle services 9.
