We are creating first of its kind platform where we will be educating new entrepreneurs by a unique course that can help them to understand the basics of the formation of the company, its tax implications, its legal aspects. Along with that we will also help them In formation of the company and will handhold them and their all kinds of compliance for a couple of financial years so that they can focus on business operations rather than compliances and other formalities. The course will include practical training for Tax compliance, Mca and Roc Compliance, GST Compliance, ESI PF rules, and all other laws like FDI and related laws. It will be a course of 3-6 months that will help all budding startups to decide on the merits of their business to select a form of entity they want to incorporate and the course will also help entreprenures in choosing after taking into consideration all the factors which will impact their business functioning. To sum up we will be creating an online as well as an offline platform for creating awareness amongst the budding entreprenuers of the organization structure and its pros and cons.
