Xane AI is a platform that uses Artificial Intelligence to bridge the gap between companies and people by delivering cognitive experiences. We’ve combined the core aspects of Machine Learning - Computer Vision and NLP. We’ve seen that product handbooks are not intuitive. Information is available but not accessible, which leads to a lack of information on safety tips, maintenance tips, new features, etc. This is an industry-agnostic problem. Certain problems are better suited for verbal communication, but there are others that are better suited for visual communication. People find it difficult to articulate themselves or find the right words to express the problems they are facing. But having said that, on the other hand, it is often hard to communicate abstract things visually.
