In their own words
The project is all about an online IT platform through which we are targeting to solve the Human Resource crunch gap. There are already many such platforms available in India but almost all of them lack precision in terms of mapping the right qualified and skilled candidate as desired by the hiring manager. We have developed an algorithm of precisely mapping all such skills with that of the demands as described by the hiring industry. We quantify each and every skill and requirement on a scale and map it with a specially designed algorithm to achieve the best precision available. The platform also has plans to upskill and assess candidates on various life skills and technical skills per market standards. Our platform will also cater to various HR agencies too acting as an aggregator for all such agencies. We intend to create an ecosystem of all the stake holders, like, hiring managers, industries, job seekers, HR agencies, etc.
