Currently, when a buyer is looking at any real estate remotely they are being provided details as 1. Brochure including 3D renderings of the property 2. Video of the sample property 3. 3D Walkthroughs Using these details, their overall experience is limited to the screen and they do not understand/imagine the structure, and size of the property. They are not able to walk inside the property as they want, they are only being shown rendered high-quality images and rest everything they need to imagine. If they want to experience the real structure and size they have to travel to the real east site to get a real feeling of the property. It becomes tough for all the buyers to visit the site and hence they can not finalize the buying decision. Even if, the buyer is able to travel, they might not gather everyone from their family at once and visit the site due to various reasons and this also leads to delayed decisions or even cancellations. Last but not the least, property developers are not able to target customers at longer distances due to the issues mentioned above and they are missing the selling opportunities to many customers e.g. NRIs We are coming up with a solution using which buyers anywhere in the world can experience the walk inside the property and understand structure and sizes by themselves. This could be done using a simple smartphone, with no need for any special device.
