ProPMO Services private limited has been founded to offer services under two major categories. 1. Project Management Office related services 2. Career development services under the brand name careerbuddyonline As India is now taking a long leap towards becoming a developed country, we observe that mega projects are being pursued in nation-building across public and private sectors. Very few companies in India understand the best practices in project management and PMO. We see this opportunity for becoming a force multiplier for companies to achieve their business objectives aligned to global standards in project management, PMO. We also see there is a serious issue in the industry with employability of the youth and the opportunity to make the youth employable. There is also another associated problem with businesses being able to hire the right human resources for the right job at the right time. All traditional companies offering human resources augmentation services have failed in meeting the business expectations. At ProPMO Services, we envision a next-generation approach in achieving this objective for the industry as a whole with our innovative approaches and adoption of technology. We are building a platform on careerbuddyonline to offer comprehensive solutions from career development to aligning jobs for professionals across industry segments.
