Poor diet is the largest modifiable risk factor for chronic inflammatory disorders including but not limited to cardiovascular, auto-immune, metabolic and cancer conditions. Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) diet has been scientically shown to downregulate multiple inflammatory pathways which govern disease pathology. Despite the strong science, multiple barriers includingi) lack of clinically proven regimens, ii)low nutritional adherence, iii) inadequate customisation and iv) absence of on demand availability option discourage adoption and compliance to a medically tailored diet plan.Using the freeze dried technology and digital clinical research techniques we intend to produce a no work, take anywhere, nutritionally dense WFPB meal packs that can be complemented with pharmacotherapy for effective and efficient disease management.
