Paper industry is one of the largest polluters of water, soil and air and it accounts for 40% of all industrial wood traded globally. Unsustainable paper production contributed to conversion of high conservation value forests, illegal harvesting, human rights and social conflicts and it has devastating impacts on some of the world’s most ecologically important places and species. Even recycled paper production involves intense chemical use leading to water pollution. On the other hand, millions of tons of textile waste is getting into landfil which not only increases greenhouse gas emission but also strain the usage of natural resources substantially. Our innovation helps businesses especially fashion brands to become more environmentally responsible by using paper products that are tree-free and use recycled organic cotton waste. After few years of diligent research and indigenous machinery development and process refinement, we were able to come up with 100% tree-free, acid free paper that is of high quality, recyclable in mainstream system, biodegradable and economically competitive. We use farmyard cotton waste, industrial textile waste and post-consumer waste as raw materials and it is the worlds first and only GRS (Global recycled standards) certified paper factory. Our product range includes high quality brochures, hangtags, point of sales materials, hangers, mailing envelopes, gift boxes and promotional items with different kinds of printing and finishing. We received numerous innovation awards globally for our contribution to close the loop of fashion in circular economy. Currently we work with most of the pioneering sustainable/ethical fashion brands globally.
