A Plastic Pyrolysis Plant converts plastic waste into useful fuel products such as pyrolysis oil, carbon black, and combustible gas. This project proposes the setup of a Plastic Pyrolysis (Plastic Paralysis) Plant to convert waste plastic into valuable energy resources while contributing to environmental sustainability. Project Objectives • To reduce plastic waste through eco-friendly recycling technology. • To produce alternative fuel (pyrolysis oil) that can be used in industrial applications. • To generate employment and promote sustainable development. • To comply with Pollution Control Board (PCB) norms and ensure safe operations.Project Scope • Setting up a 12T plastic pyrolysis plant. • End-to-end waste plastic handling, segregation, and processing. • Production and sale of pyrolysis oil, carbon black, and gas. • Installation of pollution control equipment (scrubbers, chimneys, safety valves).Technology Overview: Plastic Pyrolysis Pyrolysis is a thermal decomposition process carried out in the absence of oxygen.
