By small multiple outlets opening in the societies/ RWAs; and giving them fastest delivery experience for first time with online and offline modes. With easy multiple payment options, offer them good and multiple brands of their choice, delivery with all best possible safety and hygiene measures, taking time to time feedback , launching genuine and attractive offers periodically and discount offers and contest too. we are trying to grab good offers from companies , dealer ,distributor and directly pass to our costumers with very short span of time and their doorstep. costumers have no need to go outside , shopping malls , small stores stand in long ques for billing .just order us and get it in 10 minutes at their DOOR STEP. Online ( order through mobile app), offline (a client or family member may come to the store and shop in traditional way - as it also builds the right bonds like in traditional Indian societies), they can even make their requirement list and order one day prior for easy delivery (grocery & vegetables ) also. Easy return or exchange policy (in most products), various discount scheme, contest. They can order for gift hampers , birthday meals in quantity also. we can provide them place for sit , relax , celebrate and shop also with hot coffee/ tea/ice cream. On call (helpline no.); WhatsApp and messenger etc Flexible payment - digital or conventional. all our products in MRP (unlike deep discounting like most retailers) or any other revenue base offering. We will sell Tea/coffee /ice-creams also (and in future, also plan to sell fresh snacks) If we have 50 outlets in multiple locations we will get all products in bulk and increase our margins dues to better purchase price. Also, the rent is low due to the space in the society. we can deliver around area and earn additional revenue as well; as 1 location covers around half a km area for sell and deliver.
