Strong experience in Execution and Procurement, In depth Market Research & Analytics. Wide scale network across the spectrum of the trade. QT assesses the opportunities based solely on the Supply &Demand model. With strong emphasis on National SND, drilling down to statewise SND to assess the surplus, deficit areas and accordingly zero in on the location for Positional strategy. Experience in managing supply chain management of grains, imported sugar and pulses. Successfully managed SCM of Wheat for a reputed Biscuit manufacturer of India. Developed and Managed credit sales to various approved end users with exposure limits. One of the partner owns Dal Mill in Latur, have the experience of handling the retail sales of dal. Currently, one of the partners is stationed at Africa. Bridging the trade opportunities between the two countries.
