Hotels have software for booking and checkout but nobody owns the in-stay layer where real revenue and guest satisfaction are won or lost. That is the gap Quickgick fills. Guests discover and order any hotel service through WhatsApp, a web portal, or a chat widget in their own language with no app download and no login. AI handles intent classification, request routing, contextual upsells, delay prediction, and shift handover summaries automatically across 50+ languages. Staff manage everything through a role-based dashboard and mobile app. Owners see live revenue and operational data across every department and branch in real time. The platform runs eight interfaces off one backend engine. Guest WhatsApp, guest web portal, chat widget, staff mobile app, staff WhatsApp, operations dashboard, hotel admin panel, and super admin panel. Every interaction generates operational telemetry that feeds a proprietary hospitality AI layer, building a data moat that compounds with every hotel and every stay added to the network. Revenue model is per room per month SaaS with tiered plans, an AI premium add-on, enterprise plans for hotel chains, and WhatsApp usage credits billed on consumption. Pre-launch with revenue.
