Our company is to carry on the business of buying and selling used/refurbished mobile phones within India, as well as to engage in waste management activities, including collection, segregation, transportation, trading, processing, composting, recycling, treatment, and disposal of various types of waste, such as municipal solid waste, electronic waste, construction and demolition debris, bio-medical waste, hazardous waste, sewage, and waste water. The company also aims to develop, construct, operate, and maintain/manage processing facilities for waste and waste products, use, sell, market, and distribute products and by-products generated from waste treatment or disposal, and to develop, market, purchase, sell, and trade financial instruments to finance waste collection, treatment, or processing projects. Additionally, the company may promote, acquire, construct, erect, maintain, improve, manage, operate, alter, control, lease, advise, and assist in the construction, erection, and maintenance of industries, companies, ventures, and systems related to waste management, and take advantage of benefits available under the Clean Development Mechanism.
